Change of use from an existing Small House in Multiple Occupation (Use Class C4) to a Residential Family Centre (Use Class C2), registered with OFSTED, to provide supported accommodation for up to three mothers and their babies, with 24-hour support and supervision provided by up to two carers per shift, including a proposed ground floor rear extension and retention of the existing outbuilding.
