Full Proposal
A detached, single-storey, portal-frame forestry building specifically engineered for silvicultural operations. The structure features vertical timber or dark plastisol-coated steel profile cladding designed to blend with the adjacent woodland canopy line. The layout is optimized strictly for the secure, weather-tight storage of active forestry machinery, a mobile sawmill unit for primary processing of timber grown entirely on-site, and dedicated internal open-bay spacing for timber air-drying and seasoning. The design includes an ancillary, low-capacity biomass heating loop utilising only on-site forestry byproducts to maintain the stable ambient humidity levels legally and operationally required for specialized timber seasoning.
