This application proposes a crown reduction of a multi-stemmed fig tree to maintain a manageable size and reduce shading in a residential garden.

T1 - Fig Tree (Multi-stemmed) Proposed Works: Crown reduction. Reduce the overall height of the tree by approximately 2 to 3 metres, leaving a final finished height of 4 metres above ground level. Prune lateral branches proportionally to balance and shape the remaining crown. Reason for works: Routine horticultural maintenance to keep the tree at a manageable size for the residential garden and prevent excessive shading.
