Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to vary condition 2 (approved drawings) to change the approved drawings of planning permission 22/P/02124 (approved 27/03/2023 for the 'erection of ground floor front, side and rear extension, first floor side and rear extension with changes to fenestration and a rear outbuilding following demolition of existing garage') to allow for a reduction in the width of the extension and to reposition the rear outbuilding further away from the plot boundary.
