Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to vary condition 2 (approved drawings) and condition 4 (materials) of planning permission 26/P/00215 (approved 22/05/2026 for the 'erection of a detached single storey 3 bedroom self-build dwelling with integral garage, roof windows and solar panels, ASHP and bin/cycle store following demolition of existing bungalow and single garage') to change the approved drawings and materials to relocate the ASHP and AC to opposite side of proposed house.
