Erection of a single storey side and rear extension at lower ground floor with a side window; conversion of the garage into habitable rooms with a front bay window and the replacement of the rear ground floor french doors including terrace alterations; together with provision of refuse/cycle storages, alterations to front boundary treatment and landscaping works. Extension and alterations to the existing garage structure to provide ancillary accommodation, including a single-storey rear extension, a rear mansard roof extension with two dormers and the installation of a side entrance door.
