This application proposes the felling of a dead mature silver birch tree to ground level.

Full Proposal

Dead mature silver birch to the rear of 14 The Pines (T1/Part of G4). Previous low quality pruning work means tree has had full crown removed. Works are to remove remaining tree to ground level to remove risk of damage to persons and property. Planting of replacement tree would be inappropriate due to space constraints in the garden and proximity to other mature trees covered by TPO1994\_057 (G4).
