Full Proposal

REAR: ONE Lombardy poplar (ht.16-18m) FELL. Reason: urgent safety, one stem has collapsed across several rear gardens, revealing extensive basal decay and fungal bracket, two/three remaining stems severely compromised, to be reduced to safe standing stems or high stumps if safe to do so, for wildlife and biodiversity, possibly also some arisings retained as habitat log piles. Duty to replace applies.
