Section 73 application to continue the development permitted by Appeal Decision APP/U3100/W/18/3196658 (Extension to aggregate recycling facility and revisions to the traffic routeing system and alterations to the drainage system), to amend Conditions 2, 3 and 4 in order to extend the life of the site until the 31st of December 2050 and restoration by the 31st of December 2051, and to reconcile previously and subsequently approved documents with Condition 1.
